I’m thrilled to be back for another exciting year at Carthage Elementary School! With a Bachelor of Science in Birth-Kindergarten from East Carolina University and a Master’s in School Administration from Appalachian State University, I bring almost 20 years of experience in elementary education. My passion for teaching and commitment to student success closely align with the core values of Carthage Elementary.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing tennis, reading, and baking. My husband, a retired veteran, and I made Moore County our home in 2010 so our two sons could benefit from the strong foundation offered by Moore County Schools. Today, our oldest is an architect in Atlanta, and our youngest serves as a baseball strength and conditioning coach for the New York Mets.
I’m excited to support our students, collaborate with our dedicated staff, and partner with families to help every child thrive.
