I am delighted to introduce myself as the new principal of Carthage Elementary School. It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of commitment that I join this wonderful community of educators, students, and families.
As we look ahead to the upcoming school year, my priority is to build upon the strong foundation established here at Carthage Elementary School. Together with our talented staff, I am committed to providing an engaging, supportive environment to ensure that all children learn, grow, and succeed.
I believe in the power of collaboration between home and school. Your involvement and partnership are crucial to our shared goal of providing the best possible education for our students. I encourage you to engage with us, share your insights, and join us in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning.
On a personal note, I come to Carthage Elementary School with 15 years of experience in education. Most recently, I was the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at West Pine Middle School. I started teaching in 2008 in various third - to fifth-grade elementary positions. I have a daughter in fourth grade, and a son in first grade, and my wife is a mental health therapist at one of the local pediatrician's offices in Moore County.
I am eager to meet each of you and to begin this journey together. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or ideas, or to introduce yourself. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our students and our community.
