I am honored to join the Carthage Elementary School community this school year! With a Bachelor of Science in Birth-Kindergarten from East Carolina University and a Master's in School Administration from Appalachian State University, I bring over 15 years of experience in elementary education. My commitment to student success and passion for teaching align with the values of Carthage Elementary School.
Outside of school, I enjoy playing tennis, reading, and baking. My husband, a retired veteran, and I relocated to Moore County in 2010 to ensure our two sons could benefit and attend Moore County Schools. Our oldest son is an architect in Atlanta, while our younger son is a college football strength and conditioning coach in Texas.
I am excited to support our students, collaborate with our dedicated teachers, and work closely with families to help every student reach their full potential.
